Audit Observation: What Went Wrong
Repeat observations in EMA stability inspections rarely come from a single bad week in the lab. Impact on Product Quality and Compliance
Repeat stability observations are more than reputational bruises; they signal systemic uncertainty in the expiry promise. Scientifically, inadequate mapping or door-open practices during pull campaigns create microclimates that accelerate degradation in ways central probes never saw; unweighted regression in the presence of heteroscedasticity yields falsely narrow confidence bands; pooling without testing hides lot effects; and omission of intermediate conditions reduces sensitivity to humidity-driven kinetics.
