Deviation Handling, OOT/OOS, CAPA, and Lifecycle Integration

Even well-controlled systems will encounter deviations: a pallet left on the dock, a freezer door ajar, an operator who refroze material contrary to SOP. Mature programs respond with physics-first investigations and transparent documentation. Translating Evidence into Labeling and Operational Controls

The ultimate value of freeze–thaw studies lies in how clearly they inform labeling and SOPs. Labels should be truth-minimal—no stricter than evidence requires, never looser.
